  • Anyone without medical insurance is welcome

  • Patients of all ages can receive care

  • Medicare or Medicaid eligible: we will help you find a provider

Your Visit

What to Expect

  • Appointments are required. Schedule your appointment over the phone.

    • Availability is limited. New patients will be placed on waitlist.

  • On the day of your appointment:

    • Check in at the front desk.

    • We will escort you directly to an exam room.

    • A Medical Assistant will ask about your past medical history and medications (bring along your current medications).

  • Our medical team speaks English, Spanish, Korean, and Chinese.

  • You will have a personal visit with your doctor or healthcare provider.

  • Most appointments are 15 minutes to 1 hour.

  • Your medical records are kept private and secure (HIPPA).

Your healthcare is important to us. Bolingbrook Christian Health Center does not withhold medical care to patients who are unable to pay; if you are struggling with the fees, please talk to us.
